Ingredients
  1. 1 Ripe Avocado
  2. 2 Eggs
  3. Salt and Pepper
  4. Salsa
Instructions
  1. Preheat Heat Oven to 425 Degrees.
  2. Then, cut the ripe AVOCADO in half.
  3. Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of flesh from the center of the AVOCADO (so it will have enough room for the egg).
  4. Place the AVOCADO into a small baking dish or pan.
  5. Crack an EGG into each AVOCADO half.
  6. Place in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and season with SALT and PEPPER.
  8. Garnish with SALSA!
Notes
  1. For an extra crunch, add tortilla chips to make it a meal!
