Doritos Burritos

This is great to make if you want to eat Doritos Nacho Flavor and not get cheesy fingers. 

Doritos Burritos

Ingredients:

  • Flour Tortilla
  • Salsa
  • Refried Beans
  • Shredded Cheese (we reccommend Cheddar/Jack Cheese)
  • Doritos- Nacho Flavor
  • Sour Cream (optional)

 Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
  2. Spread 3 tablespoons of  refried beans down the middle of tortilla (approx. 1 heaping spoonful)
  3. Drizzle a couple spoonfuls of salsa over beans on tortilla (approx. 4 tablespoons)
  4. Sprinkle 1 handful of shredded cheese over tortilla (approx. 1/2 cup)
  5. Place tortilla on to cookie sheet and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Crunch one large handrful of Doritos on top of baked tortilla
  7. Roll tortilla into burrito
  8. Eat with sour cream!

Sugar Cone Surprises

These are great to make when camping or if you've run out of ice cream! Kids of all ages love them!

SUGAR CONE SURPRISES

Sugar Cones Surprises Made By Mary JaneIngredients:

  • 4 Sugar Cones
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallow
  • 1 chopped small banana
  • 1/2 cup of berries (raspberries or chopped strawberries)
  • Tin foil
** Also can include chopped nuts or broken cookie bits

Directions:

  1. PREHEAT your oven to 350 Degrees
  2. MIX in a bowl the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, chopped berries and chopped bananas (if adding nuts or cookie bits ADD now). Stir together.
  3. POUR a fourth of the mix into each cone.
  4. COVER each cone with foil.
  5. BAKE in oven for 8 minutes, turning over half way.
  6. EAT!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Covered Oreo

Great recipe for those who are addicted to Oreos and want to mix it up a bit with a late night munchies snack.

Ingredients:

  • Premade Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough
  • Oreos (Mini or Regular Size- Use Your Favorite Flavor!)
  • Cookie Sheet Tray

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
  2. Place 1 tablespoon of chocolate chip cookie dough on top of Oreo and 1 tablespoon of chocolate chip cookie dough below the Oreo
  3. Spread the cookie dough around the Oreo to completely cover Oreo
  4. Place covered Oreo on cookie sheet tray
  5. Bake for 10-14 minutes or until golden brown
  6. Cool and Eat!

Yummy In Our Tummy: Tasty Bite Asian Noodles

Recently a fellow MUNCHER emailed us and told us her favorite late night munchies snack were the TASTY BITE- Asian Noodles. Eager to expand our snacking repetorie, we sought out these yummy noodles and gave it a try. To our surprise and delight, these truly "TASTY BITES" were exactly that, depite it being a prepackaged noodle dealy. With a minute in the microwave our stonerific nomz were ready to be devoured and devour it we did. 

The great thing about Tasty Bite noodles is that they are Vegan, kosher, no GMOs, no MSG and no preservatives for all the health junkies out there. Also they come in several tasty styles like Toasted Sesame, Mushroom Lo Mein, Thai Basil, Pad Thai, Kung Pao, and Lemongrass ginger. The only downside? The package says it's 2 servings, but let's be realistic it's only one yummy serving. Who wants to share?
