SmOreos

A great twist on a tasty classic!

Ingredients

  • Oreos- Any Flavor You Want... they even have Smores Flavor Oreos
  • Large Marshmallows
  • Chocolate Bars
  • Bamboo Skewer
  • Candle & Matches

Instructions

  • 1. Prep your each Oreo you want to make by splitting into two
  • 2. Place piece of Chocolate Bar on one 1/2 of Oreo in prep for toasted marshmallow
  • 3. Carefully toast marshmallow over lit candle using the bamboo skewer until desired toastedness is achieved
  • 4. Add toasted marshmallow to oreo & chocolate half
  • 5. Top with other oreo half and slide off skewer.
  • 6. Eat!

Notes

Kick it up a notch by using Peanut Butter Cups or Carmel Bars or Crunch Bars instead of plain chocolate bars! Your mouth will thank you 😉

Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

An easy way to make an ice cream cake in minutes!
Prep Time10 mins
Total Time10 mins
Servings: 6

Ingredients

  • 10 Ice Cream Sandwiches
  • Whipped Cream or 1 container of Cool Whip
  • Berry Pie Filling or Berry Jam
  • Chocolate Syrup

Instructions

  • Unwrap each ice cream sandwich
  • Place 5 ice cream sandwiches side by side on freezable serving platter forming a rectangle
  • Top and spread pie filling or jam over ice cream sandwiches
  • Top with 5 more ice cream sandwiches
  • Spread like the Whipped Cream or Cool Whip over ice cream sandwiches like icing
  • Decorate with a chocolate syrup drizzle on top
  • Eat

Notes

Feel free to replace the berry pie filling/jam with fresh fruit, cookie crumbles, pretzel bits, candy bits or bacon bits.

Spicy Peanut Ramen Noodles

Spicy Peanut Ramen Noodles

This recipe is great with any easy boil Ramen Noodle recipe. You can use ANY flavor, but Chicken is the most universally acceptable flavor.

Ingredients

  • Ramen Noodle Packet
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons CHUNKY Peanut Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha add more for more spicy verison
  • 1 chopped scallion

Instructions

  • Boil water in pot
  • Add 1 egg and ramen noodles
  • Stir occasionally, cooking noodles for 3 minutes
  • Add flavor packet and stir
  • Drain 99% of liquid leaving noodles slightly moistened
  • Add Chunky Peanut Butter, Soy Sauce, and Sriracha. Then Stir.
  • Top with chopped scallions
  • Eat!

Recipe- Broccoli Cheddar Bites

Broccoli Cheddar Bites

Great as an appetizer, snack or a midnight munch down! Serve with some ranch dip and you're in for a real treat!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. Frozen Broccoli Bits- THAWED- chopped into small pieces if needed
  • 1 1/2 cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • RANCH DIP optional for dipping sauce

Instructions

  • PREHEAT oven to 350 Degrees
  • MIX all the ingredients together in large bowl
  • STIR
  • FORM into bite sized patties and place on GREASED cookie sheet
  • BAKE for 15 minutes and FLIP over
  • BAKE another 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
  • SERVE warm with ranch dip as dipping sauce!

Hot Cheesy Snacks

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. of cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 chopped green onions
  • 18 crackers like Ritz or butter crackers
  • optional 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • optional 1/4 cup chopped ham

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 Degrees
  • Mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese and chopped green onions in a bowl
  • Spread 1 teaspoon of cheese mixture on each cracker
  • Put cheese topped crackers on baking sheet
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes or until heated thoroughly
  • Eat!
