Krupnik

Sharon
Krupnik is one of the oldest known drinks in Poland, dating back into the Middle Ages. References to it are found in literature, folk songs and poetry. Drunk in large quantities it was supposed to fell strong warriors and conquer conquerors. So, a word to the wise -- but it is most enjoyable!

Notes

This is a great winter warmer-upper. It is also great cold and served as a liqueur.
