Pop Rock Rimmed Strawberry Wine Spritzer
Great way to liven up a boring wine spritzer!
Ingredients
- Strawberry Pop Rocks
- 4 Medium Cut Strawberries
- DRY White Wine
- Ginger Ale
- Ice
Instructions
- In cocktail shaker, muddle 4 strawberries that are clean and cut.
- Add equal parts white wine and ginger ale and shake.
- With serving glass, run rim of glass along water, then along strawberry pop rocks.
- Carefully add ice and pour wine spritzer into glass.
- Add more white wine to fill to top.
- Top with any remaining pop rocks.

Feel free to add less or more ginger ale, depending on how boozey you want the drink! Also great with other berries!
