Banana Nut Pancakes

A great sweet treat that's gluten free!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 bananas small to medium sized
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts we recommend walnuts
  • Butter
  • Syrup

Instructions
 

  • In bowl, beat together peeled bananas, eggs, and cinnamon until well blended.
  • Gently stir in chopped nuts.
  • Heat a large skillet or griddle greased with butter.
  • Drop 1/4 cup of batter onto hot griddle.
  • Cook until brown on each side flipping carefully.
  • Serve hot with sliced banana, nuts and warm syrup.

Notes

Add whipped cream or chocolate chips to make pancakes extra sexy!

Rolo Pretzel Delights

Rolo Pretzel Delights

Ingredients
  

  • Rolos
  • Mini Pretzels
  • Nuts- Either Pecan Halves or Walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
  • Place foil or parchment paper on cooking sheet
  • Place 1 pretzel down on cooking sheet for each desired delight
  • Unwrap Rolo and top each pretzel on cooking sheet
  • Heat in oven for 3-5 minutes or until carmel is soften but not melted
  • Top each Rolo/Pretzel with nut
  • Cool Completely before eating
  • Enjoy!
