Banana Nut Pancakes

Banana Nut Pancakes

A great sweet treat that's gluten free!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 bananas small to medium sized
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts we recommend walnuts
  • Butter
  • Syrup

Instructions
 

  • In bowl, beat together peeled bananas, eggs, and cinnamon until well blended.
  • Gently stir in chopped nuts.
  • Heat a large skillet or griddle greased with butter.
  • Drop 1/4 cup of batter onto hot griddle.
  • Cook until brown on each side flipping carefully.
  • Serve hot with sliced banana, nuts and warm syrup.

Notes

Add whipped cream or chocolate chips to make pancakes extra sexy!

Candy Cane Rice Krispies Treats

Candy Cane Rice Krispies Treats

A great way to use up old broken candy canes from the holidays!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Candy Canes Peppermint
  • 3 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 4 cups of Marshmallows
  • 6 Cups of Rice Krispies
  • Cooking Spray
  • OPTIONAL- Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • In plastic bag, place candy canes and crush into small itty bitty pieces.
  • In microwave safe bowl, microwave 3 tablespoons of butter for 30 seconds or until melted.
  • Then add 4 cups of marshmallows and stir, coating the marshmallows in melted butter.
  • Next, microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then add 6 cups of Rice Krispies and ½ of the crushed candy canes and stir until fully coated with marshmallow.
  • Next, spray a using spatula that’s been sprayed with cooking spray or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
  • Lastly top with the remaining crushed candy canes and mini chocolate chips and press into the top of Rice Krispies.
  • Cool and cut!
  • Eat!

Notes

For best results, use mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips!

Breakfast Waffle Sandwich

Breakfast Waffle Sandwich

Easy recipe of using frozen pre-made waffles!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Frozen Waffles
  • 1/4 cup Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Tbs Powdered Sugar
  • 3 Tbs Jam or Jelly of your favorite flavor
  • 1 Tbs butter
  • 1 dash of Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together WHIPPED CREAM CHEESE, COTTAGE CHEESE and 1 tablespoon of POWDERED SUGAR.
  • Spread mixture over 1 side of 1 FROZEN WAFFLE.
  • Spread 2-3 tablespoons of JAM/JELLY over 1 side of other FROZEN WAFFLE.
  • Form into sandwich.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of BUTTER in skillet.
  • Place sandwich into heated buttered skillet, toasting until golden brown on both sides.
  • Sprinkle POWDERED SUGAR and CINNAMON on sandwich.
  • Let cool for 3 minutes and EAT!

Notes

Feel free to use whatever jam or jelly flavor of you like or substitute the jam/jelly for fresh fruit!
