Ham and Cheese Pinwheels

Ham and Cheese Pinwheels

A fun crunchy twist on an old snack time favorite.
Servings 1

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Flour Tortilla
  • 2 Slices of Cheese of your choice
  • 2 Slices of Ham
  • 2-3 Tablespoons of Ranch Dressing
  • Hand full of Potato Chips flavor of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Spread 2 to 3 tablespoons of ranch dressing on flour tortilla.
  • Top with 2 slices of cheese and 2 slices of ham.
  • Crunch 1 hand full potato chips on top of tortilla.
  • Roll up tortilla.
  • Cut into bite sized bits. (you may use toothpicks to keep tortilla rolled up)
  • Eat!

Notes

Feel free to use whatever chip of your choosing, however we recommend Sour Cream and Onion Potato Chips.
Also, you can switch out HAM for turkey or Chicken slices if preferred.

Crunchy Nacho Style Pigs In A Blanket

A fun way to mix together nacho and pigs and blanket in one treat!
Prep Time 5 mins
Cook Time 15 mins
Total Time 20 mins
Servings 4

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Hot Dogs
  • 1 Tube of Crescent Roll Dough 8 crescent rolls
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar/jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Crushed Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees
  • Unroll the crescent rolls onto a lightly floured work surface
  • Keep the two rolls together, forming a rectangle and pinch the perforated edges together
  • Next lay the cheese in the center of the rectangle.
  • Then place a hot dog on top of the cheese.
  • Then roll the dough up around the hot dog .
  • Pinch the dough together at the seams.
  • Next lightly brush each rolled dog with the milk.
  • Then roll in the crushed tortilla chips.
  • Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
  • Finally let them cool slightly
  • EAT!

Notes

Feel free to use pepper jack cheese and jalepenos for more of a kick!

Loaded Mashed Potatoes

Loaded Mashed Potatoes

This is a GREAT recipe to use up old mashed potato leftover from holiday dinners.

Ingredients
  

  • Mashed Potatoes leftovers, freshly made, instant
  • Ranch Dressing
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Bacon Bits
  • Fried Onions

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 cup mashed potatoes in microwave or stove top till thoroughly warmed
  • Stir in 1-2 tablespoons of ranch dressing into mashed potatoes
  • Top with shredded cheese, bacon bits and fried onions
  • EAT!!!

Notes

WAFFLE IRON Directions:
Stir into mashed potatoes 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing
Heat 1-2 cups of mashed potatoes in preheated waffle iron for 4 minutes
Take mashed potato out of waffle iron and top with shredded cheese, bacon bits and fried onions
EAT!!

Recipe- Broccoli Cheddar Bites

Broccoli Cheddar Bites

Great as an appetizer, snack or a midnight munch down! Serve with some ranch dip and you're in for a real treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz. Frozen Broccoli Bits- THAWED- chopped into small pieces if needed
  • 1 1/2 cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • RANCH DIP optional for dipping sauce

Instructions
 

  • PREHEAT oven to 350 Degrees
  • MIX all the ingredients together in large bowl
  • STIR
  • FORM into bite sized patties and place on GREASED cookie sheet
  • BAKE for 15 minutes and FLIP over
  • BAKE another 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
  • SERVE warm with ranch dip as dipping sauce!

Kraft’s Underground Cheese Cave

Ever thought there could be a 400,00 square foot dairy bunker underground? Well, it’s 100% true. Kraft houses its cheese in a 70 year old mine that back in the day housed explosives.

In Springfield, Missouri this cheesy mine sits next to a working limestone mine. The cool storage used to age my favorite Velveeta…. nope, it’s just used as a cheap storage solution.

Queso con Chili

Queso con Chili

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Jar of Cheez Whiz Or 1 lb 16 oz. Velveeta cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 1 can of Chili
  • 1 1/2 cups 10 oz. of Salsa
  • Tortilla Chips

Instructions
 

  • In small pot, add cubed Velveeta (or Cheez Whiz), salsa and chili.
  • Stirring occasionally, heat on low till Velveeta is completely melted.
  • Serve with Tortilla Chips.
