Stuffed Strawberries

Stuffed Strawberries

This is a great summer treat that could be used with raspberries for smaller bites!

Ingredients
  

  • Large Ripe Strawberries
  • Nutella or Chocolate Pudding or Chocolate Mousse
  • Plastic Baggie
  • Cocoa Krispies or Sprinkles or Chopped Nuts

Instructions
 

  • Clean STRAWBERRIES.
  • Cut off tops of each STRAWBERRIES being sure to core the center out.
  • Put NUTELLA (or Chocolate Pudding/Mousse) in plastic baggie, forcing down to tip of baggie.
  • Cut off small tip of baggie.
  • Squirt NUTELLA into each STRAWBERRY until slightly overflowing.
  • Garnish by dipping NUTELLA end into Cocoa Krispies (or Sprinkles or Chopped Nuts).
  • Eat!

Notes

Try freezing for a cool treat!

Nacho Cones

Nacho Cones

Easy snacks for after school to late night munching!

Ingredients
  

  • Bugles
  • Squeeze Cheddar Cheese
  • Salsa
  • Chopped Pickled Jalapenos optional

Instructions
 

  • Take 1 Bugle and spoon in a small drop of Salsa.
  • Then add Squeezey Cheddar Cheese.
  • Lastly, finish by topping with a chopped chunk of Pickled Jalapenos.
  • Repeat for desired amount of Nacho Cones.
  • Eat!

Also, feel free to add beans or sour cream to the Nacho Cone for a full nacho experience.

Cake Batter Dip (Dunkaroo Dip)

A sweet dip that will remind you of DUNKAROOS from your childhood!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box of Confetti Cake Mix Funfetti
  • 1.5 cups of Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 cups of Cool Whip
  • Sprinkles
  • Animal Crackers Graham Crackers or Vanilla Wafers

Instructions
 

  • Mix together cake mix, vanilla yogurt and cool whip until there are no lumps.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Garnish with sprinkles.
  • Serve with animal crackers, graham crackers or vanilla wafers.

Notes

Keep in refrigerator for up to 3 days OR freeze. Great for parties!



Pull Apart Cheesy Garlic Bread

Pull Apart Cheesy Garlic Bread

A great cheesy snack for movie watching to family bonding.
Prep Time 10 mins

Total Time 25 mins

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Baguette uncut
  • 1 stick of Butter softened
  • 2 tablespoons of Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • 2 cups of Shredded Mozzarella
  • Foil and Baking Sheet

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.
  • Mix together BUTTER, GARLIC POWDER and OREGANO.
  • Slice the BAGUETTE into 1.5 inch pieces WITHOUT cutting all the way through.
  • Spread BUTTER mixture between each slice.
  • Sprinkle SHREDDED MOZZARELLA between each slices.
  • Wrap the baguette in foil and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • Eat!

Notes

For an extra yummy touch, get Marinara sauce or Ranch for dipping sauces!

Banana Nut Pancakes

A great sweet treat that's gluten free!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 bananas small to medium sized
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts we recommend walnuts
  • Butter
  • Syrup

Instructions
 

  • In bowl, beat together peeled bananas, eggs, and cinnamon until well blended.
  • Gently stir in chopped nuts.
  • Heat a large skillet or griddle greased with butter.
  • Drop 1/4 cup of batter onto hot griddle.
  • Cook until brown on each side flipping carefully.
  • Serve hot with sliced banana, nuts and warm syrup.

Notes

Add whipped cream or chocolate chips to make pancakes extra sexy!

Ham and Cheese Pinwheels

Ham and Cheese Pinwheels

A fun crunchy twist on an old snack time favorite.
Servings 1

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Flour Tortilla
  • 2 Slices of Cheese of your choice
  • 2 Slices of Ham
  • 2-3 Tablespoons of Ranch Dressing
  • Hand full of Potato Chips flavor of your choice

Instructions
 

  • Spread 2 to 3 tablespoons of ranch dressing on flour tortilla.
  • Top with 2 slices of cheese and 2 slices of ham.
  • Crunch 1 hand full potato chips on top of tortilla.
  • Roll up tortilla.
  • Cut into bite sized bits. (you may use toothpicks to keep tortilla rolled up)
  • Eat!

Notes

Feel free to use whatever chip of your choosing, however we recommend Sour Cream and Onion Potato Chips.
Also, you can switch out HAM for turkey or Chicken slices if preferred.

Candy Cane Rice Krispies Treats

Candy Cane Rice Krispies Treats

A great way to use up old broken candy canes from the holidays!

Ingredients
  

  • 12 Candy Canes Peppermint
  • 3 Tablespoons of Butter
  • 4 cups of Marshmallows
  • 6 Cups of Rice Krispies
  • Cooking Spray
  • OPTIONAL- Chocolate Chips

Instructions
 

  • In plastic bag, place candy canes and crush into small itty bitty pieces.
  • In microwave safe bowl, microwave 3 tablespoons of butter for 30 seconds or until melted.
  • Then add 4 cups of marshmallows and stir, coating the marshmallows in melted butter.
  • Next, microwave on high for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then add 6 cups of Rice Krispies and ½ of the crushed candy canes and stir until fully coated with marshmallow.
  • Next, spray a using spatula that’s been sprayed with cooking spray or wax paper evenly press mixture into 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan coated with cooking spray.
  • Lastly top with the remaining crushed candy canes and mini chocolate chips and press into the top of Rice Krispies.
  • Cool and cut!
  • Eat!

Notes

For best results, use mini marshmallows and mini chocolate chips!

Crunchy Nacho Style Pigs In A Blanket

A fun way to mix together nacho and pigs and blanket in one treat!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Hot Dogs
  • 1 Tube of Crescent Roll Dough 8 crescent rolls
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar/jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Crushed Nacho Cheese Tortilla Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 375 Degrees
  • Unroll the crescent rolls onto a lightly floured work surface
  • Keep the two rolls together, forming a rectangle and pinch the perforated edges together
  • Next lay the cheese in the center of the rectangle.
  • Then place a hot dog on top of the cheese.
  • Then roll the dough up around the hot dog .
  • Pinch the dough together at the seams.
  • Next lightly brush each rolled dog with the milk.
  • Then roll in the crushed tortilla chips.
  • Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown and the dough is cooked through.
  • Finally let them cool slightly
  • EAT!

Notes

Feel free to use pepper jack cheese and jalepenos for more of a kick!

Snack Necklaces

Snack Necklaces

A fun way to eat your favorite snacks, especially during marathon Netflix sessions!

Ingredients
  

  • String or Yarn
  • Cereal with holes example- Cheerios, Froot Loops, Apple Jacks, etc.
  • Snacks with holes (example- gummy rings pretzels, Funyons, cookies with holes in the center, mini donuts, Lifesavers, etc.

Instructions
 

  • Measure out the string for your necklace, making sure to leave enough length to get over your head, to tie and for snacks.
  • Cut String at appropriate length. (we recommend at least 28 inches)
  • String your snacks/cereal on the cut yarn/string alternating as you please, until you reach desire snack amount.
  • Tie the string.
  • Eat!

Notes

These can be a tad messy depending on your snacks. Be careful- chocolate snacks will melt as you wear them!

Twinkie Strawberry Shortcake

Twinkie Strawberry Shortcake

A great use for those childhood snack cakes we all loved.

Ingredients
  

  • Twinkies
  • Cleaned and Cut Strawberries
  • Whipped Cream
  • Ice Cream Optional
  • Chocolate Syrup Optional

Instructions
 

  • Unwrap TWINKIE (1 per person)
  • Slice TWINKIE lengthwise exposing the cream
  • Place STRAWBERRIES on top of bottom half of TWINKIE and add WHIPPED CREAM
  • Top with top half of TWINKIE
  • Add more WHIPPED CREAM and STRAWBERRIES
  • Drizzle CHOCOLATE SYRUP on top and add a scoop of ICE CREAM.
  • EAT

Notes

Also delicious with a shot of Chambord on top or Frangelico for an adult kick.
